Monday, May 30 | 10am | The Story of Spring
Yoga + Nature + Community come together naturally at Summerhill Farm.
We’re all familiar with the story of spring - the way it emerges triumphantly in nature and brings to life our own true nature. We cycle with the seasons. As earth thaws and softens, we soften. As the flowers bloom, our souls blossom. As we step outside and take a breath of fresh air, we reawaken and experience ourselves as part of something infinite. This class will call upon us to physically and figuratively connect our arms to an abundance of sunshine, our feet to fertile soil and our spirits to the universal spirit of spring. We’ll use small movements and incorporate all the nooks and crannies of the body to maximize a sense of renewal without wearing down. Slow, so that we can feel. Simple, so that we can assimilate. Creative, so that we can offer something beautiful back to our flourishing earth.
About an hour of yoga, followed by drinks and snacks and time to socialize.
10233 Munson Road, Shreve, OH 44676
