Work-It Circuit

This new cross-training class moves way beyond the boundaries of the yoga studio to push your fitness to the limits in the gym! Get a total-body workout as you cycle through a circuit of exercises that incorporates weights, treadmills, stability balls, resistance bands and more! The focus of this high-intensity class is on building strength, boosting stamina, and increasing endurance — all important parts of improving your tennis game or your over-all physical health! Core principles of yoga alignment and mindfulness lay the foundation for each creative exercise, so that you can challenge your body in a smart way.

CANCELED: WCC Water Workout

DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, CLASS IS CANCELED 7.22.19.

Stretch, splash, swim, tread, jog, jump - your ultimate workout happens in the water! Each class can be adapted to your personal fitness level. The water makes movements easier on the joints, and offers a powerful challenge, so you can be fluid and fierce!

$10 cash or check per class; Pay as you go.

Members & non-members welcome. 

Classes take place in the pool.  In case of inclement weather, class will be canceled. 

Please wear and suit and bring a towel.

Work-It Circuit

This new cross-training class moves way beyond the boundaries of the yoga studio to push your fitness to the limits in the gym! Get a total-body workout as you cycle through a circuit of exercises that incorporates weights, treadmills, stability balls, resistance bands and more! The focus of this high-intensity class is on building strength, boosting stamina, and increasing endurance — all important parts of improving your tennis game or your over-all physical health! Core principles of yoga alignment and mindfulness lay the foundation for each creative exercise, so that you can challenge your body in a smart way.

(Yoga class punch cards are also accepted for these classes.)

Wind Down Yoga

All-levels, easy-going, mid-week class to release tight, sore muscles, recharge your batteries and re-set your energy levels.  (This is a great introduction to yoga, or the perfect class if you prefer a slower pace, gentler stretches and thoughtful modifications.)
