Lunch and Learn! Massage helps to reduce muscle tension and stiffness by increasing the blood flow to your muscles. Learn the art of becoming your own massage therapist using foam rollers, tennis balls and your own hands. The class begins by releasing problem areas throughout the body, moves into a gentle stretch and closes with a relaxation practice. No experience is necessary.
