Patience in Practice: Slow down to savor and expand your consciousness. More is revealed through the process of patience, which in turn gives us more to practice.
Each Yoga Journey is an opportunity to deep-dive into special aspects of the practice. While the intention is full immersion, the approach to physicality will be gentle. Thoughtful movements will target mind-body connection rather than muscular force. We’ll work in the realm of interoception rather than structural planes. Expect to experience a shift.
Sessions are small-group, limited to 4 people. $25 per person, per session. You may sign up for the entire series, or for individual sessions.
