Weaving a Meditation: Meditative moments stream through gentle, nurturing movements followed by comfortable, welcome stillness. The thread of breath connects the moments to elevate consciousness.
Each Yoga Journey is an opportunity to deep-dive into special aspects of the practice. While the intention is full immersion, the approach to physicality will be gentle. Thoughtful movements will target mind-body connection rather than muscular force. We’ll work in the realm of interoception rather than structural planes. Expect to experience a shift.
Sessions are small-group, limited to 4 people. $25 per person, per session. You may sign up for the entire series, or for individual sessions.
