Wind Down Yoga - SCHEDULE CHANGE

August 15 ONLY: Class time changed to 5:30-6:15pm.

All-levels, easy-going, mid-week class to release tight, sore muscles, recharge your batteries and re-set your energy levels.  (This is a great introduction to yoga, or the perfect class if you prefer a slower pace, gentler stretches and thoughtful modifications.)
