Stretch to Spring Yoga Series, hosted by YOGA\VIVRE at the Wooster Country Club

Mondays | March 8 - April 26 | 5:30pm

We’re in the home stretch to spring! Enjoy this 8-week indoor series that will take us, mindfully, from March to May and see us into a celebratory spring.

All 8 classes in the series will be offered in-person and online: either way, reserving a spot is required. Payment is accepted via Venmo @JoieSchmitz. Cash is accepted onsite. All classes are $10.

We’ll practice a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga styles, appropriate for all levels. Many modifications are offered and props are encouraged. You do not need to be a member of Wooster Country Club to participate!

Guidelines for our in-person gatherings and online reservations:

In-Person

1. Registration: Limit of 10 people per class - Pre-registration is required.

  • Email joie@yogavivre.com to reserve a spot. You will receive an email reply to confirm your spot in the class. Space is filled on a first-come first-served basis, so register in advance! Advance payment is appreciated.

  • I will measure and mark placements for mats prior to each class (6+’ apart). Please place your mat in one of the marked spots.

2. Bring your own equipment:

  • A yoga mat is required, optional/suggested equipment: 1-2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a blanket

  • I will not be able to provide mats or props, and I will not be offering hands-on assists.

  • Chairs are available to use at the WCC.

3. Keep at least 6’ of distance between yourself and others at all times. Let’s respect everyone’s individual social distancing practices by sticking to this standard. My intention is for this to be a space that is safe and comfortable for all.

Virtual

1. Registration: Pre-registration is required in order to receive the private class link:

  • Email joie@yogavivre.com to register for a class or the series. Advance payment is appreciated.

  • I will email the class link to the confirmed virtual attendees between 5:20-5:30pm on the day of class.

2. Create a special yoga space at home

  • Find an area free from distractions. Use a yoga mat if you have one.

  • In your space, I recommend having yoga blocks or something similar, a yoga strap/belt/scarf, a blanket, a pillow, a stable chair.
