Yoga Conditioning

Prepare for a challenge! This class fuses mindful movements with strengthening exercises. We’ll use the structure of a vinyasa-style sequence and mix in body-weight workout moves. Please join in if you are comfortable in a flow class and looking for a more active practice!

Please note:

To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone present (and all those in the community whom we may later come in contact with), these are the strict guidelines for our gatherings:

1. No more than 10 guests per session.

2. Pre-registration is required to ensure we adhere to the 10-person limit: 

  • Email joie@yogavivre.com to reserve a spot. First come, first served.

  • You will receive an email reply to confirm your spot in the class or to let you know if the class has already been filled. Register early!

3. Bring your own equipment

  • In the email confirmation, we will detail the equipment you need for that particular class.

  • You will only need basic equipment: mats & blocks, although additional equipment may be optional.

  • I will not be able to provide mats or props, and I will not be offering hands-on assists.

4. Park at a safe distance from others in the WCC parking lot. 

5. Keep at least 6’ of distance between yourself and others at all times. Let’s respect the governor’s guidelines and everyone’s individual social distancing practices by sticking to this standard. My intention is for this to be a space that is safe and comfortable for all.

6. I will measure and mark placements for mats prior to each class (10’ apart). Please place your mat in one of the marked spots, and stay in your zone throughout the class.

7. Please make all class payments digitally via Venmo @JoieSchmitz. No other forms of payment can be accepted at this time. All classes are $10.

You do not need to be a member of the Wooster Country Club to participate.
