Some days it's hard to fit everything in. And a busy schedule can be a burden if you don't take a little time for yourself. So, we created this class to fit nicely into your lunch hour. Spend 45 minutes on your mat, but never skip a beat in your schedule! 

To participate:

• Join us in-person at Miller Pavilion every Thursday

• Bring a mat and a yoga block if you have one
