We all have an open invitation to begin again.

Each new day offers us the gift of a fresh start. Every decision we face affords us the privilege of choosing to reflect and repeat or try something new - either way, initiating a new set of circumstances.

Whether you have been away from yoga for a while and are starting a practice up again, or you are ready to reboot some other function or system of your being, this class can be a doorway to your next dimension.

Meet inside the main doors of the Wooster Country Club. Bring a yoga mat. Enjoy the view of the trees and rolling hills as you practice.

• Walk-ins are welcome!

• Payment is accepted via Venmo @JoieSchmitz. Cash is accepted onsite. All classes are $10.

Bring your own equipment:

• A yoga mat is required, optional equipment: 1-2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a blanket
