In March, we start the process of sloughing off winter’s layers, take a breath of fresh, spring air and clear our hearts and minds for budding newness. We’ll work through the practice of yoga to uncover more clarity and move forward with the shifting of the seasons. By stretching the tissues, we create bodily connections. By moving across different planes, we find our center in space. By building postures, we gain perspective and bring into view the course we will chart. — All of which create clarity. It’s yoga, and so much more.

Meet inside the main doors of the Wooster Country Club. Bring a yoga mat. Enjoy the view of the trees and rolling hills as you practice.

• Payment is accepted via Venmo @JoieSchmitz. Cash is accepted onsite. All classes are $10.

• A yoga mat is required, optional equipment: 1-2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a blanket
