The Sunset Series - November 2021, hosted by YOGA\VIVRE at the Wooster Country Club

As the sun sets outside, we’ll practice slow, soothing yoga indoors and transition through fall together.

Join us inside the Wooster Country Club clubhouse this November. These yoga classes are a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga styles, appropriate for all levels and open to everyone. You do not have to be a member to come to class. The group that gathers is warm and welcoming. Many modifications for poses are offered.

Registering in advance is appreciated. Payment is accepted via Venmo @JoieSchmitz. Cash is accepted onsite. All classes are $10.

• Walk-ins are welcome!

Bring your own equipment:

• A yoga mat is required, optional/suggested equipment: 1-2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a blanket

• I will not be able to provide mats or props, and I will not be offering hands-on assists for the time-being.
