Full Circle Series, hosted by YOGA\VIVRE at the Wooster Country Club

The Full Circle Series takes a well-rounded approach to the wellness of your body, mind and spirit. This course is grounded in yoga and incorporates other modalities that will make each session feel comprehensive and complete. We will use the yoga asana practice to find balance in our physical bodies. Yoga philosophies will be applied to encourage a flexible mind. Strengthening exercises will be interwoven in each class, to bolster the power of our own potential. Mobility work, which may include myofascial release, vibrational tapping, and connective tissue gliding will be used to complement the more rigorous portions of the practice and the demands of your daily life. Meditation will seal each session with its space for stillness and observation.
Come to class inside the Wooster Country Club clubhouse this January and the first two weeks of February. Everyone is welcome, and the offerings will be appropriate for all levels. You do not have to be a member to come to class and no prior yoga experience is required.
Registering in advance is appreciated. Payment is accepted via Venmo @JoieSchmitz. Cash is accepted onsite. All classes are $10.

A yoga mat is required, optional/suggested equipment: 1-2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a blanket
I will not be able to provide mats or props, and I will not be offering hands-on assists for the time-being.
