Staying present for the season means seeking balance across all planes of our lives. Equal measures of enthusiasm and acceptance. Complementary calm and curiosity. One part concentrated mindfulness, one part expansive joy. Through thoughtful alchemy, we can enhance how we approach each day through the end of the year, so that we are more fully immersed in the experience of every moment.

Come to yoga class inside the Wooster Country Club clubhouse this November and December. We’ll do a light combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga styles, appropriate for all levels and open to everyone. You do not have to be a member to come to class and no prior yoga experience is required. Many modifications for poses are offered.

Registering in advance is appreciated. Payment is accepted via Venmo @JoieSchmitz. Cash is accepted onsite. All classes are $10.

Bring your own equipment:

• A yoga mat is required, optional/suggested equipment: 1-2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a blanket

• I will not be able to provide mats or props, and I will not be offering hands-on assists for the time-being.
