4:00pm: Pre-Tennis/Post-Tennis Stretch Session (30 min.)
Prepare physically and mentally for your court time with movement and stretches that awaken key muscle groups, invigorate how you play and help prevent injuries. Plus, properly stretch the parts of the body that work the hardest during tennis, so that you can bounce back and be ready to play the next day.
5:00pm: Yoga Mix (30 min.)
Yoga, made accessible for all. This class mixes mindfulness techniques with physical movements that invite strength and flexibility, to fully reinvigorate you.
