Each class is an integrative experience that draws on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles, therapeutic body work, breathing practices and meditation. We offer opportunities for modifications, adjustments and challenges. We incorporate the needs of the group - so the class feels tailored to you.

Meet at the Wooster Country Club, inside the main entrance to the clubhouse. Bring a yoga mat.
