Yoga outdoors is different - in the best of ways.

The warm glow of the sun and the fresh air fueling our lungs infuse the practice with more spirit. We synchronize with nature - take our time, use our senses, and integrate with the energy of the day.

Meet at the Wooster Country Club, on the lawn next to the clubhouse. In cool or inclement weather, we will be inside the main doors of the clubhouse. Bring a yoga mat.

• Walk-ins are welcome!

• Payment is accepted via Venmo @JoieSchmitz. Cash is accepted onsite. All classes are $10.

Bring your own equipment:

• A yoga mat is required, optional equipment: 1-2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a blanket
