This class, sponsored by the Wooster City School District Wellness Initiative, is ideal for anyone looking to explore how to move your body and navigate through your day more mindfully. Yoga is the perfect complement to any exercise or wellness program: support your fitness goals, dissipate stress and find more energy through relaxation.

Ring the buzzer when you arrive at the main entrance to Parkview Elementary. The secretary will confirm via intercom that you are visiting for yoga. Upon entering the building, proceed down the hallway on your right. The gym door will be on your right.

You do not need to be employed by WCS to participate! WCS employees can attend for free. All others pay just $3. Exact cash makes things seamless!
