Bring your busy life into balance with yoga!  

This class, sponsored by the Wooster City School District Wellness Initiative, is ideal for anyone looking to explore how to move your body and navigate through your day more mindfully. Yoga is the perfect complement to any exercise or wellness program: support your fitness goals, dissipate stress and find more energy through relaxation.

• Classes cater to all levels and everyone is welcome.

• FREE for employees of the Wooster City School District, and only $3 (cash only) for public/guests.

• Please bring your own mat and block.

• NEW LOCATION as of November 11: We will meet inside the Parkview Elementary gymnasium. Simply ring the bell at the front entrance to the school and the secretary will let you in when you tell her you are there for yoga. Veer right once inside the building and walk down the hall until you come to the gym, which will be on the right-hand side.

• COVID protocols are in place: Please wear a mask, bring your own equipment and practice social distancing.
