Notes from May’s Yoga Journey Mini-Workshop… Ideas to contemplate and inspire.
No two moments are ever the same.
There is always something new happening.
Newness is borne out of something old or previously existing. Your own renewal comes out of your past.
What happens before the renewal is just as vital as the emergence of the newness. That is where the seed of newness incubates.
New is not always improved; but it is different. It is not always better; but it is broader.
To celebrate newness is not to optimize, it is to realize!
Be inspired and follow your inspiration into new territory.
Nature renews with the rising and setting of the sun, the phases of the moon, spring bloom and seasonal shifts.
Society renews with the calendar, often in tandem with nature’s rhythm.
We have a human super-power to initiate renewal anytime: through our thoughts and actions. Need a refresh? Consider a new perspective and try a new approach.
Allow yourself infinite re-starts.
Instead of cycling, spiral upward.
When you stand in something new, feel how you are on the precipice of potential.
